SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is currently $7 for all of NZ tracked and $10 for rural addresses. Shipping is limited to NZ only unless organised otherwise. Singles or smaller items will cost $3 and are tracked.

All items shipped with us will be well protected and sent once payment has been received.

Preorder shipping is 0.00 but this does not mean it is free. Shipping will be invoiced when due.

REFUND POLICY

RETURN:

​

Returns will not be accepted to those wishing to change their minds on their purchase. If other circumstances are the case, get in touch and we will organize a return or an exchange. Proof of purchase must be supplied to receive a return.

REFUND:

​

Refunds will be conducted once an investigation has occurred and we are happy with the situation.

Once approved, we will refund you the amount due via credit card. A Refund is only possible if the product you have purchased varies from what was displayed on the website. If an item is damaged in transit, please get in touch with us and send it back to us, and we will look to refund or replace if possible.

SHIPPING:

Shipping will be at the cost of the customer. As stated above, damages incurred during shipping may be subject to a refund or replacement. Shipping on preorders will be determined in an email to the customer. 

We will not be responsible for items lost in courier.

If you have placed multiple orders on an item, and only certain items are in stock at that current time, an email will be sent out asking if you would like to ship now or to wait for all your items to arrive. Customers will be charged multiple shipping fees if they decide to receive their goods at seperate times.
